About your Facilitator: Chalisa Morrison is the founder of ‘Love Me Up’ and is a dynamic force in the realm of couples communication, therapy and transformation.

For 15+ years she has been supporting individuals and couples professionally to thrive in life and love as a transformational couples therapist and life coach and in that time has developed proven therapies that has helped her clients move beyond personal relationship breakdowns and ‘stuck and stagnant’ crossroads in life.

With qualifications in a wide range of modalities - including counselling, couples therapy, coaching and trauma - Chalisa blends traditional and holistic methods to find and discover what actually works to guide her clients to thrive and transform to create joyful, passionate and ‘loved up’ long term romantic relationships beyond the ‘honeymoon period’ of first courtship.
