Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 Private Sessions & Programs

After purchasing a 'private sessions' coaching and therapy program from Chalisa Morrison, you may choose to discontinue your program at any time and request a refund of any unused hours. Online courses are exempt from refunds.

Standard Refund Policy

A refund will be issued for any unused Private Sessions hours, less:

  • All fees associated with the initial purchase (including credit card, Stripe or PayPal fees)
  • A Program Commencement and Administration Fee of $150

Refund Requests Within the First Three Sessions

The Standard Refund Policy does not apply when a refund is requested within the first three sessions of a program.

In these cases, a refund will be issued less:

  • Any appointments attended, charged at Chalisa Morrison's standard hourly rates
  • All fees associated with the initial purchase (including credit card, Stripe or PayPal fees)
  • A Program Commencement and Administration Fee of $150
Program Expiry

Private Sessions programs expire 24 months after purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted prior to program expiry.

At Chalisa's discretion, clients may request a credit for the value of any unused hours to be applied towards future services.


Online Courses

Online course purchases from Love Me Up or Chalisa Morrison are non-refundable. If you purchase an online course from Love Me Up or Chalisa Morrison, you are not entitled to a refund for any part of your purchase

 


 Private Retreats

A 50% deposit is required to secure your retreat dates and begin the personalised planning and preparation that takes place prior to your retreat.  As significant work begins immediately following booking, including retreat design, scheduling, practitioner coordination and administration, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 30 days before retreat commencement

  • Any payments made above the initial 50% deposit will be refunded.
  • The 50% deposit remains non-refundable.

14–30 days before retreat commencement

  • 25% of the total retreat fee will be refunded.
  • The remaining amount will be retained to cover accommodation, practitioner and retreat preparation costs.

Less than 14 days before retreat commencement

  • No refund will be provided.

Rescheduling Policy

Retreat dates may be transferred once to another available retreat date, subject to availability. 

More than 21 days before retreat commencement:

  • A rescheduling fee of $500 applies.

14–21 days before retreat commencement:

  • A rescheduling fee equal to 15% of the total retreat fee applies.

Less than 14 days before retreat commencement:

  • A rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the total retreat fee applies.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In exceptional circumstances, Chalisa Morrison may, at her discretion, offer a credit towards future services. Any credit offered is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
